Abstract (EN)
Keywords: Job evaluation, Fuzzy AHP, Fuzzy SWARA Nowadays, businesses really effort and strive in order to purpose of working with a fair and applicable wage system in competition environment. The establishment of a fair and feasible wage payment system depends on the correct implementation of job evaluation in the enterprise. Job evaluation study was carried out using three job descriptions that will be worked to the newly established assembly line in the enterprise. According to the results, it will be ensured that the three job descriptions are placed in the most accurate place on the wage scale according to their importance. This criterias to be considered for this purpose were determined by job evaluation method and the comparison of the criterias with each other was provided by Fuzzy AHP and Fuzzy SWARA method. According to the results, the personnel will be placed on the most accurate wage scales according to the job they do; in this way, the right wage policy will be implemented.
