In this study, it is aimed to investigate the influence of the job difficulty of the four and five star hotels in Ankara on the intention to leave the job. Frequency-percentage distributions, arithmetic mean and standard deviation values were used in the analysis of collected data by questionnaire method. Correlation and regression analyses were used in the relationship measurement tests.
