Workplace size in job security

Job security is the limitation of the employers' right to termination of employment contract and the protection of the workers'right to work. In order for job security arrangements to truly serve its purpose, the scope of job security needs to be determined effectively. The size of the workplaces to be included in job security. Accordingly wihhin the scope of our study, workplace size in job security has been evaluated both theoretically and practically. In our study, the issue has been tried to be dealt with in terms of application bu making use of many decisions of the Court of Cassation. In the first part of our study, we will form a conceptual framework around international precedence to job security. In the second part the evolution of job security legislation in Turkey and the condititons of job security throughout are analysed. In the last part thirty worker condition are evaluated in regards to their social, economic and legal outcomes.
