Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this survey is to indicate the effect on the people's organization justice perception who work in public hospital's and the people who get exposed to the cyronism and the effect on the goodwill of the foundation. When the literature is analyzed, it is seen that the surveys that cyronism is related with other types of the favouritism (generally nepotism). It has never been encountered to a survey which approaches to the cyronism as organizational justice and the foundation goodwill. The organizational justice perception which becomes integrated with the employees will to work in a equitable environment, which is also related to cyronism behaviours is quite important for both employees and the organization. Within this, context, tests and analyses which show that cyronism behaviours affect the organizational justice perceptions over employees and the foundation goodwill have been included is this stıudy. The study is focused on the health sector and it is important for revealing the relations between the factors and the concepts as a part of hospitals in Bandırma. It is foreseen that this study will have a big contribution to the literature since there is no any other study which show the same information. The study has been fulfilled with the help of a survey on 159 hospital employees. The effect of the cyronism to the organizational justice perception and the foundation goodwill will be presented in detail on the following pages of the study.
