Abstract (EN)

Work mishaps are undesired events which causes slow down of process and lost of output and occur while working, or going on the way of job, or training. Mishaps causes can be classified as direct and indirect causes. Direct cause can be ?unreliable behaviors? and ?unsafe working conditions? in a work place. Indirect causes can be ?management related factors?, ?environment?, ?physical and psychological condition of personnel?. Combination of these causes should exists to result in a mishap. Current laws and regulations include sentences to personnel if damage to organization exists, to organization if existing laws and regulations are not followed, to public officers if necessary precautions are not taken timely. Direct and indirect losses due to mishaps have great negative impacts on personnel who exposed to mishap, organization and public. Public foundation aim to minimize all risks exposed by its personnel in at on-duty and off-duty jobs, and prevent mishaps to increase resources, and to provide healthy and safety environment to work in. Risk Management is a common sense approach to make logical decisions on public foundation related missions or operations. These decisions are pre-thought before, during and after execution of mission or operation by considering man, material and environmental factors. Public foundation started to use Occupational Risk Management software, works on existing computer network system, to prevent mishaps and to guarantee risk assessment operations. In this research, ?How well is this software against Risk Management Principles and Risk Management Operation Steps?? and ?Whether this software is enough or not?? are investigated by searching literature and benchmarking with US Air Force Risk Management practices. Suggestions are indicated by researcher to improve the effectiveness of this software, Risk Management, used by public foundation
