Abstract (EN)
Obligatory application to mediation as an alternative resolving for labor disputes is the most important innovation that is added to our law system with Labor Courts Law no. 7036 as a cause of action. The importance attached on this subject due to the regulation of mandatory mediation as a cause of action required scrutinizing the beginning, course and conclusion of the process. In this respect, the mandatory mediation system was evaluated as a whole in scope of labor disputes and taking into consideration its cause of action.
