Unquantified debt lawsuits in Labour Law

Unquantified debt lawsuit was regulated by the Code of Civil Procedure no. 6100 as one of the type of lawsuits. In our study; unquantified debt lawsuits are examined in detail. Additionally, action for performance, lawsuit for declaratory judgement and partial claim lawsuits and some of the principles of civil procedure law which are linked to unquantified debt lawsuits are included in the study. In terms of the possibility of employee receivables being subject to unquantified debt lawsuits, the discussions in the doctrine and Court of Cassation's decisions' development and current status, employee receivables which are frequently encountered in practice, proof and calculation methods of employee receivables and whether they can be subject to unquantified debt lawsuits are examined.
