Abstract (EN)

Although business life and its returns have brought different requirements until today, basically the human being is an emotional being, its effects on non-work life are almost the same. As important as the characteristics of the job are for the employees, it is important that they are able to balance their time off work. It has been confirmed by the studies conducted so far that the failure of the individual to achieve this balance has an effect on the idea of leaving the job. Determining the mediating role of job satisfaction in the effect of work and life balance on the intention to quit was the main purpose of the study. Data were created with the questionnaire questions asked to be answered from individuals working in private health institutions in Kayseri. The literature has been reviewed and previous studies have also been cited. The demographic information of the participants is included with the data collected, and frequency, reliability, exploratory factor, confirmatory factor, correlation and regression analyzes have been performed. As a result of these analysis, it is accepted that job satisfaction plays a mediating role in the effect of work-life balance on the intention to quit.
