Abstract (EN)

At the forefront of the most important issues that give advantage to competitive advantage today is business life balance. Work and family life balance is defined to make both work and family areas effective and relevant to its field. Occupational health balancing, human resource management, employee retention strategies open up. Business life balance is important for your employees to consider their morale, commitment and job satisfaction, reduce workplace problems and stressful factors, and hire and retain talented and valued employees of organizations. This balance leads to positive results for employees, and concepts such as loyalty, job performance and motivation are positively affected. The aim of the study is to determine the effects on the organizational commitment of work-life balance for 194 women working in the banking sector, which is heavily employed. To this end, in the first part of this study, work-life balance and related concepts will be explained and work-life balance models will be given. In the second part of the study, organizational commitment will be explained comprehensively and the dimensions of organizational commitment to be used in practice will be explained. In the application section, the effects on the organizational commitment of work-life balance will be investigated in the light of the data.
