Abstract (EN)
In this study, it is aimed to examine whether the employees, who are one of the main components of business life, have a belief-based discrimination perception in their business life. In this context, the data obtained from the survey application conducted with 287 public and private sector employees in Bandırma district of Balıkesir were evaluated with statistical analyzes. Mann Whitney and Kruskal Wallis, which are nonparametric test techniques, were used in the analysis. The belief discrimination scale used in the study consists of two sub-dimensions: perceived prejudice and closet symptoms. As a result of the study, it was found that the perception of discrimination varies significantly according to the variables of gender, level of income, working time in the institution, belief in any religion and religion level.
