Abstract (EN)
Technological innovations is called as inventions and protected by patent. The employees of enterprise can make inventions. The owner of the right to invention can be different according to situation of employees and class of employee inventions. This study analyses ?Employee Inventions? in the light of Labor Law and Intellectual Property Law. This study is composed of three chapters. In the first chapter; fundemantal conceptions related to invention, date of invention in the Europe and Turkey and international and national legal arrangements related to invention are defined. In the second chapter, conceptions of employee, employer and employee invention and class of employee inventions are defined. In the third chapter, the rules and consequences of employee inventions with secrecy of employee inventions are defined. Key Words 1. Invention 2. Inventor 3. Employee 4. Employee Inventions 5.
