Conducted technology based for the hearing disabled students a project investigation in the school of education of the effects of change process framework

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the technology based project for the hearing impaired students from the process of change in education at 2013 - 2014 spring and the 2015 - 2016 fall school year. While examining the process, interview with teachers, school administrators, students and parents have been consulted in hearing impaired elementary school and researcher observiews and document used. Case study method was used for the qualitative research methods in this study, 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 academic years in the Eastern Black Sea region is located in a Hearing Impaired Primary Schools was carried out.The study participants consists with a school principal, a school vice principals, thirteen teachers and four parents from this school in the 3rd and 4th grade students who are educated. Data collection instrument was used that semi-structured interviews, unstructured observations and documents. The data obtained were analyzed by descriptive analysis of the data collection instruments. As a result of analysis of the data obtained data has accumulated under three categories that Individual Change, Internal Change and External Change. Technology-based project has been changed the school members' belief about hearing impaired students needs for project. Teachers who beliefs that the project's for hearing impaired education is necessary have struggled during the period of an individual project. This situation is an important indicator of individual change. Internal changes occured that changes occurring in the educational approach people, direction of the interaction within the school, changes that occur in schools, contribution to the project's teaching methods, structure of the school, and changes on school success finally with an output of the entire process. External changes have brought a different dimension at hearing impaired education in the country with technology-assisted education and training activities carried out in schools with the project which is take part in the Ministry of Education's (MEB) EBA system. Consequently, in the process of change in education of change in terms of individual, internal and external type relations with each other are exposed to consider. However, identify the type of change can not be made regarding the level of impact on each other and it is recommended that future studies be done can be done with a comprehensive search with this finding.
