Trainees' views about contribution to individual career plans training courses which are organized by employment organisation

Being matched workers with jobs truly; worker's accession and developing thereby getting new knowledge and ability come out as an important career activity as soon as new career approaches come out. Training courses are be arranged by Turkish Employment Organization so that accession can be protected and transferred, the employed and professional qualifications can be improved, unemployment can be decreased and groups that they involve special policy can be redounded to labor market. Help that these courses provided had been analyzed in our studying in order to create on individual career planning trainees who attended to Turkish employment organization vocational courses. Occupational training concept and training courses that Turkish employment organization arranges have been analyzed in the first part. Career and concepts with individual career planning have been indicated in the second part. Moreover, improvement of career concept, individual career planning degrees has been analyzed. And a study have been made about help of Turkish employment organization vocational courses, trainees, individual career planning; suggestions whose evidence and results are revealed in the third part. At the analysis stage of study, statistical properties of the variables (minimum, maximum, mean and standard deviation) are determined. Frequency and percentage of the answers given to the survey statements are also indicated. Trainees of Turkish Employment Organization vocational courses are analyzed to determine their personal career planning levels are deviate or not. For that purpose, t test was calculated for normally distributed, Mann Whitney U and Kruskall Wallis tests were calculated for not normally distributed data.
