Abstract (EN)

Eventual intent and conscious negligence concepts are that have recently entered in the our secular lives concepts. However these concepts have existed centuries ago in classizcal sources of İslamic law in the from of intentionlike and actual mistake. Our aims to examine the concepts of eventual intent and conscious negligence which are heavily debated in secular law but which are not thorougly studied in the field of modern Islamic law. In addition, our aim is to Show similar and different aspects of Islamic law and Turkish Penal Code comparatively in terms of eventual intent and conscious negligence.
