Abstract (EN)

The existence of a free competition system in the markets is a desirable phenomenon both in the mainstream economic literature and in the understanding of Islamic economics. The reason for this is that it will make it easier for consumers to get better in exchange centers where fair competition is established. However, the sense of competition in people can sometimes lead to the emergence of certain injustices. The enterprise which might become dominant in the market as a result of competition, might crush its competitors in terms of its status. Destructive price implementation is one of them. Governments try to make the necessary legal arrangements as time goes by, despite such situations in their constitution. When the basic sources of Islam are examined, it can be seen that unfair earnings are prohibited in general. With the progress of time and the emergence of new economic relations, new economic deceptions are also come along. Subversive pricing, which is price reductions due to malicious intent , is a little-mentioned issue in the Islamic Law literature. Therefore, based on the basic principles and accumulations of Islamic Law, the religious dimension of disruptive pricing will be discussed.
