Adhesion contracts in Islamic Law

The research considers the speech on the provisions of consideration agreements in the islamic laws. The importance of review on the consideration agreements underlies that they are common in our society and they are included in the compulsory facts of life. A house in the society have a connect manner strictly in these agreements. Because these agreements are connected with the commercial products which are vital for our life's continuation and with the services which are compulsory and have importance in the life of people. I have divided my research into one preface, one introduction section and three other sections. This manner is as the following: Preface : it includes an introduction to the research, the importance and selection reasons of subject, the research method, the difficulties and problems that I experienced them in the process that I completed the research, the previous reviews which were done on the subject of research and the abstract of research. The Second Section : there are two parts; first one includes that I consider the concept of agreement in terms of language and technical term and the second one includes that I review the agreement's elements and conditions. The First Section : there are three parts. I consider the concept of consideration agreement in terms of language and technical term in the first part. In the second part, I includes the agreements' ordinary forms and their relation with the consideration agreements. In the third part, I mention about the historical developments of consideration agreements and the historical bases that they are named with this name in the islamic law. The Second Section : there are three parts. I consider the nature of consideration agreements in the islamic law, and the positive law. In the second part, I includes the islamic state of offer and approval from the consideration agreements. In the third part, I consider the provision of consideration agreements and the state's responsibility for these agreements. The Third Section : there are three parts. In the first part, I consider the conditions of consideration agreements and the description to do an agreement. In the second part, I consider the terms and conditions of consideration agreements, and the opportunities to change from the aspect of those who approves. In the third part, I consider the sections of consideration agreements and their modern forms. The study was completed with the conclusions reached by this study
