In Islamic jurisprudence; this research, which deals with the rights of passengers other than the provisions of worship in travel; The entrance consists of four main sections: the introduction section, the first section, the second section and the result. In the introduction part, the subject, aim, method and conceptual framework of the research and its main sources are explained. In the first part, the concept of travel, its nature, its types and other related concepts are presented. In this section, the forms of traveling, voyages and journeys in the Qur'ân and tradition of the Prophet Muhammed (pbuh) are described. In the second part, the concept of voyage and passenger, types of voyage, the provisions of voyage according to the legal status of individuals are explained. In this Chapter, the nature of the travel contract, the registration, the travel document (ticket) is discussed, the contents of the legal feature is tried to put forward. The second part of the second section under the title of the rights and obligations of the passenger is the section on the subject of imagination in the travel contract. In this section, under the title of immigration rights of the passenger; parliamentary imagination, vision, condition, designation and shame of imagination have been described and the provisions of the travel contract have been tried to be put forward in terms of both passenger and travel company. The main subject of our thesis, which covers the rights and obligations of the travel contractual passenger and company, is discussed before the conclusion. In this Section, the sources of the rights and the origin of the travel contract are explained and the rights and obligations of the parties to the contract are explained in lists. The thesis is concluded with the conclusion part.
