The rules and regulations about the goods which are obtained by "sevm-i shira"

This research deals with the concept of the negotiated purchase price for any negotiable goods and its provisions. The introduction of the research included a statement of the subject of the study and its importance and the reason for choosing this subject , in addition to , the research methodology and plan. The previous studies that have been subjected to this subject has been mentioned in addition to , a preliminary chapter in which the mast important terms and words used in the study. This research contained three sections : -The first part relates to the concept of negotiating the purchase price and its types and effects. -The second part presents the concept of negotiation on the purchase price and its judgement and opinion of jurists. -The third part relates to the terms negotiation of the purchase price in terms of collateral , in case of damage or loss of sales , because the agreement is the basis of the guarantee. Finally , the conclusion of the research which mentioned the results reached , and the most important of these results is that the negotiation of the purchase price of any traded goods is a permissible sale and the value , if it is destroyed at the buyer and guaranteed the price if consumed by the buyer.
