Abstract (EN)

Muslims in the early years of Islam, because they are close to the equator of the region that Muslims who can easily identify the portents of the five times prayers a day, can easily detect, over time, the time of Islam, the late or incomplete occurrence of the north pole, or where it was never identified with the spread to the north pole, especially encountered the problem of the appointment time . In the meantime, the dispute between the scribes about the dawn as the sign of entry for the time of the prayer in the hadiths is red or white is reflected in the practical life in Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia. For example, there is no religious basis for a practical application away from the geographical realities that the red dawn sinks after a fixed period of 1 hour and 10 minutes after sunset. Again, it is another dispute that the time of the entrance of the prayer or the command of the prayer of Allah(c.c) will be taken as basis. As a result, the prayer is not reflected in the practical life in the form of the prayer of the prayer at the time and place in the time and place where the body counts. But the fact that there is no sign of something does not mean that there is nothing. Even in the places where the Dawn did not sink, the most important evidence is that Allah (c.c) has ordered the prayers of the five times prayers a day and ordered the prayer of these prayers. For this reason, prayer should be appreciated in such places and times.
