The "Kruskal Wallis H Test" wasconductedtoincreasethereliability of theclusteranalysisandto test thesignificance of healthindicators. Pairwisecomparison test wasperformedtodeterminewhichclusters had a significantdifference. Theresultswereinterpreted on thebasis of Bonferronicorrectedvalues. Of the 17 healthvariablesincluded in theanalysis, 16 weresignificant in dividingcountriesintoclusters. Accordingtohealthindicators, countriesweredividedintothreeclusters in 2010 and 2019.
