In this context the scholar of Andalucia, Ibn Hazm whose works are taken as a basis and his views are given from his point of view. In addition, other views on the subject have been tried to be based on religious sources and political events. Our research consists of an introduction and three main sections. In the introduction part, the subject, aim and importance of our study are discussed. In addition, in this section, the political, religious and socio-cultural structure of Andalucia was given in order to reveal the views of Ibn Hazm more clearly. Within the scope of our thesis, the subject of tafdil is firstly discussed in the context of imamate and caliphate which are directly related to tafaduliyat. In the classical sources of Islamic Sects History, how the subjects of imamate and caliphate were handled and especially the basic debates that emerged within the framework of imamate and Ibn Hazm's views on these issues were examined. Subsequently, Ibn Hazm's evaluations on the virtue of his companions were included. In this section, Ibn Hazm's approach to the claims of the Shi'a sect, which is particularly prominent with regard to tafaduliyat, is discussed. Discussions about the tafaduliyat has emerged and has maintained its importance today after the death of the Prophet. For this reason, in the last part of our study, the effect of the discussion of the tafaduliyat on the existing sects is discussed and the understanding of tafaduliyet is discussed. Our research was completed with the conclusion section which includes the evaluation of these three sections.
