Abstract (EN)

In this study, Human Resources Management (HRM) is discussed in terms of Islamic principles and rules. Although there is important literature in different languages on management and HRM from an Islamic perspective, this subject has almost been neglected in the Turkish literature. Therefore, this study is important in terms of ensuring that the subject is discussed in the Turkish literature. The study aims to be an original study in that it aims to clarify the concept of human resources management from an Islamic perspective and to propose a human resources management model based on the Islamic management approach. For this purpose, the main sources of Islam and the texts in the Arabic language were examined by content analysis method. Looking at the content of the study, after examining the use of system theory in human resources management and the historical development of human resources management, the concepts of planning, training and development, staffing, selection and assignment, wage, reward management, and performance management are discussed according to the principles from the classical HRM and Islamic perspective. In the context of the findings of the research, it can be stated that there are principles that can be applied in many HRM functions, especially in planning, wages and staffing in Islamic information resources, and an alternative HRM system can be created based on these principles.
