Abstract (EN)
To meet the increasing electricity need, public institutions and the electricity generation sector are making great efforts to implement applications in the field of renewable energy. Hybrid power plant applications, which have become popular in recent years, also make great contributions to these studies, and constitute good examples. In this thesis study, a wind power plant, which has already been installed and is currently in operation, is discussed. A hybrid solar power plant was designed and analyzed for this wind power plant, which is in operation. In the study, layout, design, installation, and operation data of an established wind power plant was examined. Then, a solar power plant design was made that would have the same connection point and the same transformer as the wind power plant. Site selection, layout and technical design studies for the new solar power plant were carried out. The technical analysis of the new facility to be designed in terms of installation and operation was examined through various programs and the analysis results were interpreted. In addition, the cost of the power plant for installation and operation and its economic return during the operation process were analyzed. In addition, a business logic has been studied on how the new hybrid facility, which will be operated in accordance with current legislative obligations, should be operated without exceeding its license power. As a result of the analysis results, the feasibility and operability of a hybrid power plant has been demonstrated. A thesis study has been presented that guides such investments to be made in the sector and the hybrid business operations to be carried out after the investments.
