Abstract (EN)
Technology has brought innovations in many areas throughout its historical development. One of these areas is education. The concept of educational technology is defined as the use of equipment in education Education technology in the 2000s; From human-technology interaction to performance technologies, computer aided education to virtual training covers many subjects. In the light of the increasing popularity of 3D virtual world Second Life in higher education, it seems necessary to review the current literature to give educators insights into educational practices in the world and in real life. Technology has also brought many innovations to virtual education. With the experience of Second Life, which is part of the Virtual World, it provides education in different fields such as architecture, medicine, history, science and mathematics and engineering. With these fields, it is the aim of this course that the students learn the information freely and easily, by experiencing the real and the errors within a purpose within the framework of virtual learning. This study was conducted with students using virtual world applications in business education of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Çağ University.The aim of this study was to measure the effects of these applications on students' motivation for learning e-commerce.to research findings, ıt was determined that e - commerce education given on Second Life had a positive effect on the motivation of the students of the business department.
