Integratıon of busınesses and educatıonal ınstıtutıons: A work-educatıon coachıng model

The aim of this research is to reveal whether there is an integration problem between educational institutions and enterprises in order to ensure cooperation between enterprises and educational institutions and to develop cooperation models, and to propose a cooperation model that can contribute to the solution of the problem. In the study, semi-structured interview method, which is in the tradition of qualitative research, was preferred. In the study, it was concluded that there is an integration problem between businesses and educational institutions, that the business-education coaching model can contribute to the solution of the problem, that the model can increase cooperation and integration between businesses and educational institutions, as well as the chambers and institutions that support businesses. The limitations of the study are that there is no national scale study on the integration problem in the field, there is no in-depth research on the causes of the integration problem and the cooperation model between stakeholder institutions has not been implemented before. If this model, which has not been applied before in the field, is piloted, the applicability of the model will be revealed. It is thought that this study will bring a different perspective to the field, contribute to the solution of the integration problem, and different studies will be carried out on cooperation models in the field.
