Investigation on human resources management and innovation in operations in total quality management applications: Ampirical application in Marmara Region

The concept of innovation, which is the most important competitive means of businesses and an effective method of ensuring customer satisfaction, is a concept that must be emphasized by businesses. The success of the innovation process is made possible by the introduction of open skilled and equipped individuals into the innovation. It is important that the employees to be selected for the operation are open to new, researchers, disciplined, talented and individuals who closely follow the information and technology of the day, and it is important that the employer is encouraged to innovate and supported with training. Effective human resources management, which has adopted total quality management approach, can contribute to the efficiency of the enterprise by providing effective orientation training to the employees who are new to the business and to the employees who are continuing to work in order to contribute to the innovation process of the connected business. Orientation is a process that must be successfully carried out by the human resources management as it contributes to the continuous improvement of the employees by keeping the job at the beginning.
