Evaluation of the effect of employment application model in businesses on motivation and work performance of employers and persons with disabilities

The aim of this study is to develop an application model for the employment and motivation of disabled individuals in enterprises and to examine the effectiveness of the model's ethics on the motivation and job performance of employers with disabilities. The sample of the research consists of 30 disabled individuals and 30 employers, who were randomly selected and 15 in the experimental and 15 control groups, who agreed to participate in our research. The personal information form developed by the researcher to determine the sociodemographic information about the study group and the job motivation and satisfaction of the participants were measured with the Multidimensional Job Motivation Scale and the Job Performance Scale. Employment application was made in the research. The work of the study group was followed in institutions for two months and measurements were made before and after the study. In the study, Mann-Whitney U Test was used to determine the differences between the groups in the pre-test and post-test, and the Wilcoxon Signed Ranking Test was used to determine the pre-test and post-test differences between the groups. The data were made on the computer with SPSS 25 (Social Sciences Statistics Program). It was concluded that the employment application applied to the disabled individuals in the enterprises was positive compared to the motivation levels of the employers and the disabled individuals, compared to the control group, and the employment performance levels of the disabled individuals, the employers, were positive compared to the control group. In addition, job motivation and satisfaction scores of employers with employment were also high.
