Organizational silence is that employees do not convey their opinions and thoughts about the current problems or possible improvements with in the organization. The silence behavior, which is seen in the employee, is occured collectively in time and constitutes an important obstacle to organizational change and development. It can be said that the perceived organizational support, which means to meet the expectations of employees such as being valued and supported by the organizations they need, has become increasingly important for organizations and employees in today's conditions. The aim of this study is to determine whether there is a meaningful relationship between organizational silence and perceived organizational support. The population of this study is composed of the employees of 5 star hotels located in the central district of Afyonkarahisar province. The data of the study was collected by the survey method and the study was conducted with the participation of 325 employees. In the analysis of the data t-test, anova, correlation and regression tests were applied. According to the findings of the study, it was determined that "acquiescent silence", "defensive silence" and "prosocial silence" which are organizational silence dimensions, demonstrate a meaningful difference according to the perceived organizational support. It was also found that there is a meaningful difference among the averages of organizational silence dimensions according to demographic variables.
