The aggregate Quality Management in business by focused process (A sample event work of İnegöl tax office)

VI ABSTRACT The competitive condition in business world in 1980's caused companies to seek for new ways to decrease their cost and to survive. These companies, started to apply Total Quality Management (T.Q.M.) processes as a new means of decreasing the cost and increase their quality and competitiveness. Public institutions have also started using T.Q.M. due to these tendencies and public demands. On the strength of demands from the tax payers, the Ministry Of Finance has started T.Q.M. studies and thus has established the Tax Offices Automation Project (T.O.A.P.). By means of T.O.A.P, the processes of tax offices have been re evaluated and re established. Within this Masters study, the effects of T.O.A.P. on tax processes in İnegöl Tax Office, and finally the ways to change the dealings which don't provide any utility have been analyses.
