A research to determine the relationship between business stress on workers in times of crisis

In our country there are some research available about crisis management and stress management, on the other hand it is quite a little on the analysis of stress on employees in times of crisis. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between the stress on those employees with the crisis situation in the enterprises. In the study primarily concept of crisis and terms about crisis management were explained. Secondly, stress and stress management issues were discussed. Then, a study was carried out in order to determine stress on employees in enterprises during crisis situations. Hypothesis of the study were tested on a sample consisting 102 company's administrator. As a data collection tool questionnaire was used and collected data were analyzed by using IBM SPSS 22 program. As a result of conducted analysis, in enterprises there is positive relations between the stress on those employees with the crisis situation in the business.
