Effects on the corporate governance risk ratings of financial structure and profit rate of enterprises: Business includes an investigation on corporate governance in Turkey index

These investments have gained a different dimension through the investments made in capital markets, with increasing competition and globalization. Within this dimension, companies that want to invest in both national and international areas and want to increase the profitability of their businesses felt firstly that they had to first provide credibility to their own financial statements. The main purpose of working in this context is; whether or not the financial structure ratios and profitability ratios of the enterprises are indispensable to the corporate governance index grading scales related to the corporate governance principles and practices of the enterprises is to be considered in a comprehensive way. The framework of the work is basically composed of three main parts. In the first part, basic information about the concept of financial analysis and ratio analysis is discussed. In the second part; corporate governance has been taken into consideration and information has been given about the relationship between corporate governance index rating scores and financial structure and profitability ratios of enterprises. In the last chapter, which is the third chapter; it has been tried to find the relationship between corporate governance index rating scores and financial (financial) structure and profitability ratios for 10 years on the 10 enterprises eligible to be analyzed among the 50 enterprises included in the corporate governance index. It is thought that this study could be a guide for other future studies in the future.
