A study on determination of satisfaction and expectations of enterprises in their export - oriented activities from chambers of commerce and industry as a professional association

In this study, satisfaction level and expectations of enterprises in their export activities from chambers of commerce and industry as a professional association is presented. So far, different studies have been done about services and works of chambers of commerce and industry. Thus, in export activities what enterprises expect from chambers of commerce and industry and how chambers of commerce and industry meet these expectations of enterprises are taken as the subject of the study. This research was carried out on Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce and Konya Chamber of Commerce. After the complete enumeration, 90 of surveys returned and then incomplete and wrong of them were eliminated. The size of sample is 80 firms. 23 of them are members of Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce and 57 of them are members of Konya Chamber of Commerce. The findings of research results reveal the satisfaction level and expectations of enterprises in their export activities from chambers of commerce and industry. According to this, when we look at their satisfaction level of received export services, there is no serious difference between the members of Eskişehir Chamber of Commerce and Konya Chamber of Commerce. And also it is understood that their expectations are similar.
