The analyses of Hâşiye'alâ Şerhi'l İsam 'alâ Risâleti'l of İsmâîl b. Sinan es- Sîvâsî

İsmail b. Sinan es- Sivasi, who was famous scribe, died exilic 1048 in Sivas. He collected classical religious knowledge from his teacher Abdulmecid Sivasi. Sivasi is the writer of the important works such as Mülteka el-Ebhur, Şerhu Risaleti's-Sağair ve'l- Kebair, Şerhu risâleti'l-velediye. He wrote in the field of hadith, İslamic law, comment, kalam, declamation etc. Hâşiye ala şerhi'l-istʿâreti's-Semerkandiyye li'l-İsam which is a work in the field of declamation is an important work and it is writer copy that analysed. In our study, person and works directly linked with Hâşiye ala şerhi'l-istʿâreti's Semerkandiyye li'l-İsam which is analysed are referred. In first chapter, the life and works of Ebü'l-Kâsım Şemsüddin Muhammed b. Ebi Bekr el-Leysî es-Semerkandî is mentioned and more specially his work Ferâidü'l-Fevâid' is analysed. İn the second chapter, the life and works of Ebû İshâk İsâmüddîn İbrâhîm b. Muhammed b. Arabşâh el-İsferâyînî'nin are pointed out and particularly his work, Şerhu Risaleti'l- istiʿâre, is addressed an issue. In the third chapter, the life and works of İsmail bin Sinan es-Sivasi are analysed. In the last chapter, the work, Hâşiye ala şerhi'l-istʿâreti's-Semerkandiyye li'l-İsam, is analysed. While analysing the work Hâşiye ala şerhi'l-istʿâreti's-Semerkandiyye li'l-İsam some copies are analysed from different libraries and other copies are analysed which are decided within the first copies.
