İsmail Niyazi Osmanpazarî (D. 1275/1858) his life, works and el-Umde Ale'l Bürde named work

This work aims at the verification of El-Umde Ale'l Bürde written by İsmail Osmanpazarî for the explanatory purpose of other work called Kaside-i Bürde. The author was born in the village Karaahadlar (Vranikonnow) as a part of Osmanpazar or Şumnu located on the borders of contemporary Bulgaria. Writer, after his education life worked as a teacher at an islamic school in Osmanpazarı and he wrote more than ten boks mostly commentary books. Writer analyzed Kaside-i Bürde in the way of grammer which has been read in islamic society forcen turiesand he translated verses to turkish language. In this work, information is given about the book and also is mentioned about place of book in the libraries. The life and books of İsmail Osmanpazarî is researched. In this work, information is given about writer of Kaside-i Bürde and his other commentary books. At the same time, information is given about importance of this work.
