Abstract (EN)

Evidences must be precisely studied to solve criminal investigation. To do that, forensic science laboratories need devices. In this thesis, some of temperature devices used in these laboratories are investigated. Performance of temperature devices used in laboratories must be known to understand reliability of measurements. So, these devices are calibrated at regular intervals in accredited calibration laboratories. If not, reliability of forensic reports may be a problem. In this thesis, a calibration laboratory is constructed according to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard and some of temperature devices used in forensic science laboratories are calibrated by comparising method with reference devices. Uncertainty measurement parameters are calculated. Conformity assessments are applied to these devices to understand if this devices are acceptable or not acceptable to use.
