Abstract (EN)

It has been a known fact that Middle East has been hone to many civilizations throughout the history. Within the bith of Zionizm whose roots date back to the very ancient times, the foundation of Israel within the course of history, the Israel-Turkish relations have changed in the historical process. Israel, which received the source of its politics from the Torah and was backed by Zionism and the west, has played on active role in Middle East politics. On the bosses of the political relations between Turkey and Israel established between 1948 and 1958, from the opinions mentioned on geopolitical, political, military and politic, we have seen that with the foundation of Israel the balance in the geography of Middle East has changed. In the historical background, it has been seen that jews and Turks againist each other have not shown any negative attitude. The two countries, taking advantage of each other and adopting the principle of strategic partnership in line with their interests, followed a policy that guided their relations over time. Key Words: Turkey, Israel, Diaspora, Zionism, Middle East.
