Abstract (EN)

The events that took place in the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023, were talked about in the world and the State of Israel, which is sitting in the State of Israel, later attacked Lebanon and continued the genocide it carried out in Gaza. With this confrontational approach, neighbors such as Syria are seen as a serious threat and the current practices of the State of Israel, which is also our neighbor, make it necessary for us to understand its political and administrative structure and policies. This study aims to examine the Israeli state system. While the data obtained from the literature review was used in the study, the data on the relevant websites of the State of Israel was also utilized. In the first part of the study, the introduction of the State of Israel, its physical sections and conceptual framework were explained. In the second part of the study, the developments before its establishment and the historical events and wars that have developed since its establishment were discussed. In the third part of the study, the political structure, parliamentary structure, constitutional system, legislative, executive and judicial bodies within the political system of the State of Israel were examined. In the fourth part, the subjects of public administration, central administration, local administrations and personnel management were conveyed. In the study; It was observed that the State of Israel is governed by a parliamentary system as a political system and the legislative, executive and judicial bodies are the administrative bodies of the State of Israel. It was observed that the public administration within this system has an administrative structure in which the central administration is strong. Based on the data provided by the literature review, it was concluded that the Israeli State system was influenced by Judaism, which has a unique understanding of faith. Finally, it was concluded that the Israeli State established an institutional structure and organization in the field of public administration and carried out the personnel system within the framework of the laws in this field.
