The relationship between psychological resillience andanxiety level of individuals between 23-30 years of unemployment problem

In today's world, unemployment has become a global problem rather than an individual problem. Certain psychological problems have started to be seen in people who are unemployed or unable to find a job. At the beginning of these problems are psychological resilience and anxiety. Anxiety and psychological problems significantly affect human life, environment and personal health. This study was carried out to determine the relationship between psychological resilience and anxiety level of individuals between the ages of 23-30 who have unemployment problems. The research population consists of unemployed individuals living in various provinces of Turkey. The research sample was determined as 384 people determined by random sampling. The data of the research were obtained from online surveys due to the Covid-19 outbreak. Frequency and percentage distribution, correlation analysis, Kruskal Wallis and Mann Whitney U analysis methods were used in the analysis of the data. According to the results of the research, there is a negative correlation between anxiety and education level; It has been determined that there is a positive relationship between anxiety and the duration of being unemployed.
