This study has been conducted to observe the relationship between the job satisfaction and organızatıonal connection of the teachers who perform at the anotolian side of İstanbul at vocatıonal schools. The questıonnaire has been given to 100 teachers and socio demographic questions, Minnosata work satisfaction scale and cook and wall organizational connection scales have been used. The questioned group is between 21-60 years , 42 women (42%), 58 men (58 %). The questions are about sex, marital status, income, age, children, illnesses, alchohol, unemployment. The SPSS scale has been used. All in all as a result of this study it is clearly seen that work satisafaction is closely related to income rate, alcohol, unemployment rate. The education system has continously debated, and temporary solutions have been brougt to deal with the problems of teachers. However, while discusing these problems it will be beneficial to use academic research and scientific data; there fore the solutions found will be more realistic and permenant. While the satisfaction of the teachers rises their motivation and performance will also increase and quality and efficiency in education will be easily achieved. This study will not only reflect the satisfaction level of the teachers but also their wishes and expectations
