The main purpose of this study, which includes the analysis and classification of Istanbul University Philosophy Arkivi Journal, is to act on the analysis of philosophical texts in the numbers of the magazine, It is the determination of which topics the philosophers focused on and discussed during the publication of the journals and the determination of the place and contributions of the journal in its own periods and in the Turkish philosophy tradition in general. In the introduction part of the journal, information was given about the subject, importance, purpose and method of the research, and in the first part, the development of philosophy and journalism in the world and in Turkey was emphasized. In the second part the establishment of the philosophy department of Istanbul University, the introduction of the magazine into the broadcasting life and the internal and external physical characteristics of the magazine. In addition, the prominent local and foreign authors were introduced in this section. In the third part, the philosophical trends mentioned in the magazine were tried to be determined by solving the philosophical texts in the magazine. As a result, in this study, the contributions of " Philosophy Arkivi " to the intellectual dimension of Turkish society were tried to be determined as a whole.
