Abstract (EN)
In the thesis, the transcribed text of the manuscript registered as TY. 3510 in the Rare Works Library of Istanbul University has been created, and its classification has been carried out according to the Systematic Classification of Manuscripts Project (MESTAP). Unlike other manuscripts, all poems in this manuscript, except for one "mersiye," belong to Koca Ragıb Pasha. The 1a and 49b folios of the sixty-eight-folio manuscript form the subject of the thesis, while the 50a and 68a folios, consisting of proverbs and idioms, are excluded from the study. The manuscript includes a commentary by Koca Ragıb Pasha and an unpublished letter by Es-Seyid Âta. The unpublished letter is evaluated in terms of content, and commentary is provided for two poems that have not been published elsewhere. The manuscript contains 204 poems, with fourteen of them written in Persian, which are transliterated into Latin script for inclusion in the thesis. Primarily, the ghazal poetic form is used, alongside qasida, mersiye, muhammes, tahmis, kıt'a, and matla forms. This study consists of an introduction and four chapters. In the introduction, the definition, classification, and historical formation and development of the manuscript are discussed. The first chapter covers the form, content, evaluation of the unpublished letter, and two poems related to the thesis topic; the second chapter provides brief biographical information about the poets with poems in the manuscript. The third chapter includes the transcribed text, and the fourth chapter presents the MESTAP table for systematic classification of manuscripts and the conclusion.
