Abstract (EN)

As it is known, when the causes of the Balkan War are explained, the Eastern, Macedonian and Churches Question, the Albanian Uprisings, the Tripoli War and the activities of the committee members in the region are explained in a wide range. Our study expresses the military and political propaganda that they follow inside and outside by creating public opinion against the Ottoman Empire, with the rallies organized by the opposition Bulgarian political parties and the committee members, in the context of the Shtip İncident and the Koçana İncident, which caused the Balkan War. The political attitude of King Ferdinand, the Bulgarian Government and the Bulgarian military class after the Shtip Incident and the Koçana Incident, the covert mobilization of the Bulgarian army, the politics followed by the European states and the stage of "Bulgarian Nationalism" have been tried to be explained. Looking at the Balkan History of the period, the actions carried out by the commitee members, the influence in the creation of a new order in the region, and the Shtip Incident and the Koçana Incident, which were carried out by the komitaci, laid the groundwork for the withdrawal of the Ottoman Empire from the Balkans and this process was explained.
