Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of abusive supervision on the working and non-working lives of the employees. In this context, (a) the relationship between abusive supervision and employees' job satisfaction, (b) the relationship between abusive supervision and employees' life satisfaction, (c) the relationship between the employees and the satisfaction of the employees with organization were examined. A total of 322 employees from various sectors operating in Turkey participated in the study. Participants evaluated whether their supervisors adopt abusive behaviors, their satisfaction with their work (satisfaction), their satisfaction with non-work life (satisfaction) and their satisfaction levels with organization. According to the findings of the research, negative correlations were found between abusive supervision and job satisfaction, life satisfaction and satisfaction with organization. According to the ANOVA Analysis applied in the research, job satisfaction, life satisfaction and satisfaction levels with organization of the employees increase as they move from lower levels to higher levels and the level of perception of abuse management decreases. According to the Independent Samples T Test results, blue collar employees have lower levels job satisfaction, life satisfaction and satisfaction with organization than white collar employees. Research findings have analyzed in detail in the discussion section.
