Expiration of business and working licence

In our study, we try to examine the regime of expiration to the business and working license. In this review, the administrative act identity of the license has been utilized to a great extent. Business and working licenses, which are among the law enforcement procedures of the administration, have a quality that regulates and secures the freedom of work. In addition, since such licenses create intangible assets such as customer circle, commercial reputation, and workforce, they are also protected within the scope of property rights. In this context, establishing a more secure termination regime and protecting the business license, which is related to the freedom of work and the right to property, against arbitrary actions by the administration, are the main objectives desired in this study.
