The quality of relationships has a direct impact on employee performance and then on business performance. One of the factors affecting the quality of employee relations in businesses is lack of workplace politeness. Workplace incivility is low-intensity behavior that has the intention of causing harm in social interactions in workplaces and involves assault. In addition, there are some factors that reduce the negative effects of workplace impoliteness. Because of this importance, in this thesis work, the mediating role of perceived executive support in the relationship of workplace incivility and organizational commitment was examined. In this context, the survey technique collected data from 323 employees of 36 hotels in Muğla province. In his thesis, the validity and reliability scales were used to measure" workplace incivility"," organizational commitment", and" perceived supervisior support. In the thesis study, simple and multiple regression analysis was first performed to test the interaction between variables. Subsequently, the effect of mediation was confirmed by PROCESS analysis. At the end of the study, workplace incivility was found to have a negative and meaningful impact on organizational commitment and perceived executive support. The effect of perceived executive support on organizational commitment is positive and meaningful.
