Workplace harassment and internal entrepreneurship and a research

Today, the developments in the technology sector make it necessary for companies working in this field to move rapidly within the competitive environment, to closely follow the competitors and to involve qualified employees in their teams. It is of great importance for the companies operating in the Internet sector to live up to the Internal Entrepreneurship culture, to adapt the employees to this culture and to move the company's products and/or services one step forward. The aim of this study is to examine Workplace Harassment and Internal Entrepreneurship and to present research on the subject matter. Surveys were conducted with employees in the internet sector.
