Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to determine the efficacy of follicle fluid AMHand inhibin-A levels to predict ovarian response and pregnancy rate in patientsafter controlled ovarian stimulation whose incidence of poor ovarian response isincreasing.Between the months of February-April 2011, in Gazi University Faculty ofMedicine Obstetrics and Gynecology Infertility center, 64 patients, applied forIVF treatment were included in research. The study was designed as prospective, single center. Patients divided into three groups: poor responder normo responderand high responder for their controlled ovarian stimulation response. Dominantfollicle?s follicular fluid was collected during the oocyte retrieval, centrifuged(500 xg) and then stored in polypropylene tubes in -70° C. Quantitativemeasurements of AMH and inhibin-A was made by Enzyme-linked ImunosorbentAssay. Clinical pregnancy was defined as the presence of gestational sac byultrasonography when ß-HCG test is positive. SPSS program was used to evaluatethe datas.Follicular fluid AMH and inhibin-A levels between groups were found tobe similar. Inhibin-A levels detected higher and anti-Mullerian hormone levelsdetected lower in non pregnant than pregnant patients and no statisticallysignificant relationship was found. Inhibin-A and Anti-Mullerian hormone levelswere not found usefull for predicting the follicular development, maturation, andpregnancy outcome.Patient's number included in the study must be increased to representinfertile population much better, the parameters studied in follicular fluid must bestudied in blood serum real-time whether there is any correlation between.
