Abstract (EN)

In recent years, the integration of Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) sensors and in-shoe pressure sensors has made significant advancements in gait analysis. IMU sensors accurately track the three-dimensional movements of body segments, while in-shoe pressure sensors measure the pressure distribution on the foot and the interaction with the ground, analyzing the forces applied during walking. The combination of these two types of sensors provides rich data on gait kinematics and kinetics, offering important insights for rehabilitation processes and sports performance. The combined use of IMU and pressure sensors provides comprehensive data to optimize athletes' walking performance. This data is crucial for detecting abnormal gait patterns, correcting technical errors, and personalizing individual training programs. Additionally, the real-time feedback provided by these sensors allows athletes to improve their training processes, reduce the risk of injury, and enhance their performance. In this study, a wireless gait analysis system prototype has been developed for outdoor use, utilizing both IMU sensors and pressure sensors. This prototype aims to help athletes better understand their walking dynamics and improve their performance. The developed system stands out as an important tool for providing a more effective feedback mechanism in athletes' training processes, contributing to both performance enhancement and injury risk reduction.
