Jean Jacques Rousseau's understanding of justice, freedom and equality

Even if the basic idea of this work has formed Jean Jacques Rousseau's philosohy of freedom and equality and justice, after his life, Works and ideas are discussed briefly, it was concluded that it would be true that the main thinkers would be able to demonstrate the consepts of freedom, equality and justice, based on the idea that no philosophical problem could achieve its purpose without interacting with its predecessors. For this reason, the first part of our study was determined to adress the conscepts of freedom, equality and justice of certain philosophers in the philosophy of First Age, Midde Ages, Islam and Modern Age. In the second part, concepts such as natüre, property, society contract, general wish, equality, inequality and justice which is an important part of J. J. Rousseau's political philosophy and these concepts have been dealth with in relation to justice, freedom and equality. In the third part of our study, we tried to demonstrate how to be dealth with and explained the primitive nature and çivil life(social contract and post) in the context of the concepts of J. J. Rousseau's justice, freedom and equality. According to J. J. Rousseau, the period in which man is truly free, equel and fair, is the period in which man is fully in harmony with the law of nature. But J. J. Rousseau is aware that it can not be returned to primitive nature life with the feeling of modern life and developing property. Therefore he seeks ways to make people free and egalitarion and just in that social life. That justice, eguality and freedom are guaranteed by social contract and more importantly the legimization of laws by the public are extremely important in terms of pure freeodom, equality and the re-acquisition of justice. In this direction, we have tried to evaluate in general the conseqvences that can be deduced from the whole of working in the result section.
