Abstract (EN)

In this study, with the aim of providing equal and optimum heat transfer to each subscriber, heating of the accommodation units by geothermal energy has been conducted with the execution of fractional valve control systems. For that reason, two separated fractional valves have been connected to the heat exchanger. Fractional float-type valve has been controlled in 'on-off' control form while the fractional valve with the analog input has been controlled in PI control form. Both of the controls have been implemented by adjusting of the smart relays. Smart relay controls of that valves have been conducted as watching, observing, intervention and adjusting transactions via three separated operator panels including color touch panel, text panel and display panel on the smart relay. PT100 has been used to qualify the temperature of heat exchanger port, turn and the accessing heat to the building. In addition, for remote control of the system via internet or closed Wi-Fi network, Android OS smart phone and tablet applications have been generated, fractional valve has been controlled expediently for purpose by providing remote access from tablets and phones. As a result of this control, sufficient heat has been provided to unit by adjusting the turn temperature of the heat exchanger to the desired temperature. High savings have been provided by controlling the desired temperature of the heat exchanger in certain days and hours of the week, at the unit heated by the timing modes that have been generated in the application. High electricity consumption rates have been declined to the minimum with the control of the temperature of the heat exchanger by adjusting the automatic assignments of circulation pump motors pumping hot water to geothermal transmission lines. Therefore, huge electricity savings have been passed on.
